Prashant is one of the founders of Wear Briefly. Prashant has a calm and methodical approach to business, which has served him well as he has been running his factory in Tamil Nadu with his partner Vikram.
After observing the lack of sustainable underwear options in the Indian market, this company has decided to launch a line of clothing made from bamboo fabric.
The team came up with the idea of bamboo underwear - a very unique concept.
They found a great way to build a high-quality product at a very reasonable price.
Their goal was to establish a proof-of-concept and start getting consistent online orders from Indian Market.
Before he hired a digital marketing agency, Prashant tried running ads himself. He soon found out that it wasn't as easy as it looked.
Not only did he not get the results he wanted, but he also ended up losing a lot of money. He realized that it was probably better to leave it to the professionals. That way, he wouldn't have to spend too much time, money, and energy.
So after talking to many friends, agencies, and industry experts, Prashant decided to move forward with Arlox.
Arlox helped Prashant to find the right audience for his products. We helped him to get very loyal, genuine, and trustable customers. But still the ads were not profitable as the competition was high, we were barely breaking even.
Our Second hypothesis was different, as there is a lot of competition in the innerwear segment and CPM just keeps rising as new competitors keep joining the market every day.
So using our scientific advertising principles, we designed an advertising strategy to only focus on combo of 2 to 3 products and selling them at a higher price using ads.
CTR on the ads is extremely high.
Prashant was thrilled to hit their first ₹5,00,000 per month within a couple of months while working with Arlox.
Then Prashant decided to take a break from Arlox but after a couple of months we onboarded him again and now he is aiming for 9 Figures with Arlox.
Arlox helped Prashant to scale again to ₹8,34,000/month within a few months with a ROAS of 3.0+.

Prashant is now beating the competition again out of the park with a CTR of 1.4% for the innerwear market while big players are struggling to break even in this market.
